You can reset your password yourself:

Update your payment method:

2. Verify expiration date
Gift codes expire 6 months after purchase. Use the "Check Expiration Date" tool above to verify.
3. Confirm it wasn't already used
Each gift code can only be redeemed once. Use the "Check Who Used It" tool above to see if someone already claimed it.
4. Are you logged into an ACTIVE account?
Gift codes can only be used by NEW users or LOCKED accounts. If your account is already active with a subscription, you cannot redeem a gift code.

Here's what happens when a gift subscription expires:
Important: You'll receive email reminders 7 days before expiration and when it expires!
After purchasing a gift, you receive an email with the gift link.
1. Open your gift confirmation email
2. Copy the gift link (looks like: moodticker.net/redeem/ABC123XYZ)
3. Send it to your friend via text, email, or social media
4. They click the link and create their account!

No, each gift link can only be used once.
Once your friend uses the link to create their account, the gift code becomes invalid. You can send the same link to multiple people, but only the first person to use it will get the subscription.
Want to gift multiple friends? You'll need to purchase a separate gift subscription for each person.
Adding friends is super easy:
1. Log in to your account
2. Scroll down to the "Invite Friends" section
3. Copy your unique invite link
4. Send it to your friends - when they click it, you're automatically connected!

1. Log in to your account
2. Scroll down to "Invite Friends"
3. You'll see your unique link - click "Copy Link"
4. Paste and send it to your friend

Moods are only visible for 24 hours after posting.
If you don't see your friend's mood, they haven't posted anything in the last 24 hours. Moods automatically disappear after 24 hours to keep the feed fresh and focused on today's emotions.
To unfriend someone:
1. Go to your Friends list
2. Find the friend you want to remove
3. Click the "Unfriend" or "Remove" button next to their name
4. Confirm the removal
They won't be notified that you removed them.
This is a data issue. Please contact us with the friend's username and what the name should be.
If you need to block someone, please contact us with their username and the reason.

Your Score = LinkUps + Zerkits
How to earn points:
In-App Rewards (Top 15 each month):
Important: All rewards are in-app features with no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash.

LinkUps are earned when you connect with friends.
You get 5,000 points when you successfully connect with a friend (and they get 5,000 too!). These points count toward your monthly contest score.

Download all your data:
You'll receive a ZIP file containing all your moods, friends list, contest history, and journal entries.
Here's what we store about you:
We DO NOT sell your data to third parties. Your mood data is private and only visible to your friends for 24 hours after posting.
We'll verify your streak. Please contact us with what you think the streak should be.
We'll check your achievement progress. Please contact us with the achievement name.

We'll try to recover your journal entry. Please contact us with the approximate date.

Username changes require database updates. Please contact us with your current username and desired new username.

Deleted accounts are permanent and cannot be recovered. If you think this was done in error, contact us immediately.
Here's how to log your daily mood:
1. Click the "Share Your Mood" button on the homepage
2. Choose a mascot that represents your current mood
3. Decide if you want to keep it private or share with friends
4. Your mood is logged! Come back tomorrow to keep your streak going.
Tip: You can only log one mood per day, so choose wisely!
